Fall Festival 2026 Vendor Application

Location: Durward's Glen Retreat Center, W11876 McLeisch Road, Baraboo, WI 53913
Vendor booth: $50 for one 10 ft × 10 ft space

Food and beverage vendors serving meals or snacks will be placed outdoors on the west side of the building near the barn. Outdoor vendors provide their own tent and tables. Space is limited. Food vendors must provide a copy of their liability insurance for food sales. Durward's Glen reserves the right to decline a vendor spot.

Vendor rules and schedule


  • This is an arts, craft and fall harvest festival. No wholesale vendors or liquidators are allowed.

  • The festival runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Set-up is available the day before from 3:00–6:00 pm or on the festival day starting at 7:00 am.

  • By 9:00 am, all vendors must have their booths in place and vehicles moved. Please do not tear down before 3:00 pm.

  • Leave your rented space as you found it and take all garbage home. Electricity is available only when arranged in advance.

  • The festival is held rain or shine; no refunds. Park only in the designated vendor parking area.

Agreement and liability release By signing this agreement, I assume full responsibility for any injury or loss to me or my property, agents or employees, by any cause whatsoever while on Durward's Glen property and premises. I agree to abide by the rules set forth and decisions made by the sponsors and management. I expressly release Durward's Glen OLRG, Ltd. from any and all liability for loss or injury.
